i come to you all again with my oc, magdalena. this time i sing a song i've been wanting to cover for the LONGEST time. i am a huge hozier fan, and as someone who was raised catholic this song really hits home. recording this particular cover was quite intense, physically and emotionally—but in a good way! i remember throwing all my anger, frustration and passion at the wall as i sang this. despite how it may sound, it was a truly cathartic experience. it felt nice to just get all of that out of me. i hope my rendition of this song can lend you some of that catharsis as well.
