How To Fix Damaged Hardwood Furniture

Описание к видео How To Fix Damaged Hardwood Furniture

What do you do when black marks occur on your solid wood furniture? or when water or moisture penetrates the wood's finish? In this "How To" video, the craftsmen at Hardwood Artisans demonstrates an effective way to remove these blemishes so that you can continue to enjoy your solid wood furniture for years to come.

Hardwood Artisan's furniture is predominately finished with a Danish Oil and so these instructions are specifically catered toward Danish Oil Finished pieces only. Lacquer finished furniture requires a different approach. In the case of any veneer topped tables, extreme caution should be used. Hardwood Artisan's tables are all solid wood tops, and so these instructions are exclusive to our products. Viewers should use great care if following these instructions for other manufactured tables.

Note: The oxalic acid used in this video is not highly corrosive, as some of the comments on the comment thread imply. The oxalic acid we use is a mild, organic compound found in many plants.
