Using Splitters and Amplifiers in Home TV Antenna Systems

The simplest solution to adding another TV to a home OTA antenna system is probably using a splitter to divide the signal to each TV, but splitting a signal up too much can cause reception problems or even channel loss. Another option is to use a splitter in conjunction with a signal amplifier, or even a powered splitter. Which one you choose depends on how you want the signal split or combined.
