Her passion is rooted in family—advocating for her cousin with special needs and being actively involved in the life of her grandson with autism. Joining Sherwood was a natural step for Cindy, combining her professional experience with her heart for helping others.

Outside of work, Cindy loves the outdoors—hiking, kayaking, camping, and riding her motorcycle. She’s also a music enthusiast, proud Seahawks fan, and values time spent with family and friends.
