Obviously this isn't everything...You still have to be a PT stud, shoot well, and consistently out-perform the standard.

These are my own opinions and observations after 6 years in 1st Ranger Battalion and watching a ton of dudes either get kicked out (RFS'd) or absolutely crush it.
