So with the idea of helping me achieve a max pb for 1 rep by end of January, I trained both chest and triceps today. My sticking point at the beginning of the year was the mid range but my hard work has paid off, and the lift is smooth all the way to the highest part of the lift, where there feels to be just a small lag in the triceps. So I'll be continuing on chest as I have been, as it's paying off, but over the week I'll be training triceps everytime now. I thought id add it to the chest workout this week rather than do a full day dedicated to them.
