I had purchased a Weatherby Vanguard 243 Winchester. I then free floated the rifle barrel to improve accuracy without first shooting the rifle. After free floating I was unable to get any good accuracy from the rifle. So I purchased a Bell and Carlson rifle stock in hopes I could restore accuracy. I mounted the new stock and did not free float the barrel. The rifle then was able to hold great tight groups.
