Residents of Fountain City in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State have protested what they describe as the illegal destruction of their property and continued intimidation by unidentified persons.
The residents say they lawfully acquired the land from accredited Ibusa natives, completed all required documentation, obtained court injunctions, and took possession of the property, but despite these legal steps, they continue to face harassment, threats, and the demolition of already developed structures.

The situation they said resulted in significant financial losses, forced displacement of some residents, and growing fear within the community, as several affected owners say they are no longer safe to access or develop their property.

They are now calling on the Delta State Government, security agencies, and traditional institutions to urgently intervene.
