For the last 8 patches, Nami has been within the top 3 best Supports and has received 0 nerfs during that period of time, yet a Support like Rakan, who has only been within the top 3 best Supports once during the last 8 patches, has received multiple nerfs. Shouldn't Nami be receiving a nerf at some point?
