I've made some adjustments to the recipe but tried to stick as close to Pailin's Kitchen recipe, and it turned out awesome! It's an easy Vietnamese Style beef recipe with shaking and tossing the beef during the cooking process. It's flavorful and tender steak cubes. Like other steaks, just make sure that you don't overcook the meat! I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy this dish too. 😍

Shaking Beef Recipe

1 Lb Ribeye, cut into cubes
3-5 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 small Onion or Shallot
Green Onions, chopped
1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Oil
Butter

Optional:
Cherry Tomatoes
Some leafy greens for serving
