Removing Ethanol From Petrol

Video showing Ethanol removal using the Ethanil Kit from Esso synergy supreme fuel as the pumps are now marked E5 where as this fuel used to be ethanol free.
I wanted to see what content of ethanol there actually was in this fuel now if any.
I ended up with less water than i started with. I guess that means there is now some water in the fuel?
Any ideas please comment :o)

I re did the procedure today. What happened was the separator container was at a slight angle leaving some of the water/ethanol mix was below the spout.
I propped the rear of the container up slightly then drained it off.
The result was exactly 2 litres of water. That means there was 0% ethanol in the Esso Synergy Supreme Fuel at that garage.
