This Hymac 880C had been parked up by the owner after the engine had boiled up and left for around 20 years in a hedgerow. The Volvo engine suffered a standing seizure due to the length of time for which it had stood, but it was eventually freed off by the new owner. Several attempts were made to start the engine before this final moment when it burst into life. The machine is now heading for a happier life in preservation.
