INGREDIENTS
Dal:
1 Cup Chana Dal/चना दाल
2 Tbsp Moong Dal/मूंग दाल
2-3 Pinch Turmeric/हल्दी
2-3 Pinch Asafoetida/हींग
4-5 Galric Cloves/लहसुन
2 Green Chilli/हरी मिर्च
Salt/नमक
2 Tsp Oil/तेल

Tadka:
2-3 Tsp Oil/तेल
1/2 Tsp Cumin/जीरा
1 Dried Red Chilli/सुखी लाल मिर्च
1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder/लाल मिर्च पाउडर

Pakwan:
2 & 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour/गेहूँ का आटा
2 Tbsp Semolina/Sooji/सूजी
Salt/नमक
3 Tbsp Oil/तेल

Green Chutney:
1/2 Cup Mint/पुदीना
1/2 Cup Coriander/धनिया
2 Garlic Cloves/लहसुन
1-2 Green Chilli/हरी मिर्च
2 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal Powder/फूटना दाल पाउडर
1 Small Lemon/निम्बू
Salt/नमक
