Here is how I build my Captain America for maximum damage in both Melee and ranged setups for the raid and OLT.

Ways to improve this build would be:
Getting the new raid slot 1 that has the 2-3% Heroic and Willpower regen
Addings Valors isos with light combo finisher damage (If anyone has an offline date for these hit me up)
