We need to stop imitating flawed projects which fail to account for contract principles, including copyright licensing and membership terms in meaningful web3 ways. Proof.xyz's decision to eliminate the commercial rights previously granted to its NFT buyers caused a lot of commentary and debate in the Moonbirds community and the NFT marketplace. Let's listen, discuss and learn to do it better.
