Lotus glass dessert

Ingredients:
250gr mascarpone
175gr Philadelphia cream cheese
200ml whipped cream
1,5 tbsp Lotus spread
1 cream stiffener
2 vanilla sugars

Also:
Crumbled lotus cookies (base).
Melted lotus spread

Preparation:
For the cream, put all ingredients in a deep bowl and whip until creamy. Then pour into a piping bag.

Crush the cookies in a shredder and divide into 6-7 glasses. Then spread the cream over them. Melt the lotus cream in the microwave and spread over the cream.

Decorate with crumbled lotus cookies and lotus cookies and then refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
