INGREDIENTS

▪︎ Chicken 1/2 kg
▪︎ 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
▪︎ 3 tbsp curd
▪︎ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
▪︎ 1 tsp salt
▪︎ 3 tbsp chicken masala powder
▪︎ 1 tomato chopped
▪︎ 2-3 slit green chillies
▪︎ 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
▪︎ 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
▪︎ 2 fried onions(birista)
▪︎ Mix!
▪︎ Add in the chicken
▪︎ Add in 2 cups of rice (I've used Rozana Basmati Rice)
▪︎ Add 2.5 cups of water
▪︎ Mix!
▪︎ Add 1 tsp salt
▪︎ 1/2 lemon juice
▪︎ Mix & pressure cook for 1 whistle

INGREDIENTS

▪︎ Heat 2 tbsp oil
▪︎ 1 tsp channa dal
▪︎ 1 tsp urad dal
▪︎ 1 tsp mustard seeds
▪︎ Curry leaves
▪︎ 2 slit green chillies
▪︎ Roasted peanuts half cup
▪︎ Freshly grated coconut 1 cup
▪︎ Saute for 5 mins
▪︎ Add in 2 cups of boiled rice
▪︎ 1 tsp ghee
▪︎ Mix!
▪︎ Add some coriander leaves chopped

INGREDIENTS

▪︎ Heat 2 tbsp oil
▪︎ Add 1 onion finely sliced
▪︎ Few curry leaves & saute for a min
▪︎ Add in 3-4 eggs
▪︎ Add little salt & pepper powder
▪︎ Scramble the eggs
▪︎ Add in the cooked rice
▪︎ Add 1 tsp soya sauce
▪︎ Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce
▪︎ Add in 1 tsp garam masala powder
▪︎ Mix!
