Tammie just ran her first half marathon (13.1 miles) ever! She has lost 50 lbs by exercising at H3O Aquatics in 5 months and has a goal to lose 50 more! She is doing things now that she thought she could never do again. She is a cancer survivor who gained lots of weight after her treatments. Her “life is a lot better now.” She “wishes this was her first resort.”

Do you have exercise or therapy goals? Do you want to increase your mobility? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to get out of pain? Do you want to improve your health? Do you want to relax?

We can help you with all of these things more than anywhere else (at least that is what our patrons say) and you do not need insurance or to sign a contract!
