Grow box for seeds, cuttings and microgreens
The Nursery grow box for seeds has 3 floors with a total grow surface of ​​2 m2. Above each floor there are 2 powerful but very economical Sanlight Flex 20 Watt LED lamps. The lamps produce sufficient light in the correct spectrum for growing sprouts, microgreens or for rooting cuttings.
Using the cabinet is very simple. A WIFI Smartbox is installed in the top compartment of the cabinet. This distribution box has 4 sockets, 2 of which can be programmed via an app. These are for the LED grow lights and the pump of the irrigation system. Depending on the light and water needs of the plants you intend to grow, the number of lighting hours and watering moments can now be set via the app. The only thing that needs to be done besides sowing and harvesting is keeping the water tank of the irrigation system filled.

Growing seeds and cuttings
In our webshop you will find special trays with seed plugs. After being sown, these can be placed directly in the eb & flow trays under the LED lights. Besides growing plants from seeds, these plugs are also ideal for rooting cuttings. In this way, large quantities of plants can be produced for later cultivation in a vegetable garden, greenhouse or grow room.
You can also make a selection of the most beautiful plants. After you have repotted them, they can be grown in the Nursery 1m2. At this stage your plants will need nutrition, but this can easily be mixed with the water in the water tank. The supplied circulation pump will ensure that sufficient oxygen is mixed with the water and that the nutrients do not precipitate.

Growing sprouts and microgreens
The Nursery 1m2 is also very suitable for growing sprouts and microgreens. This works best on cellulose mats. Various sizes and corresponding grow containers are available in the webshop. The mats are placed in the grow trays and moistened with water. After this, the mats are sprinkled with a layer of sprouting seeds (arugula, alfalfa, radish, etc, etc.)
and placed in the eb & flow trays. The Nursery does the rest.

Solid construction
The indestructible hull of the Nursery grow box consists of aluminum profiles, plastic insert connectors, and PVC/XPS sandwich panels.
Together, these form a rock-solid construction that guarantees a lifetime of hassle-free growing.
The sandwich panels designed by us have great light-reflecting and heat and sound insulating capacities.

Extractor, filter and silencer in 1
To remove warm air from the cabinet, the Nursery cabinet is equipped with a compact fan, filter, silencer set. The G-tools mini air extractor of this set has sufficient capacity for cooling lighting systems up to 250 Watt. The extractor is mounted directly on a PK K2600 carbon filter. The air is therefore first drawn through the filter and cleaned of unwanted smells before it is blown out of the cabinet. Because the air extractor is mounted inside a special silencer, the noise of the outgoing airflow is kept to a minimum. 45Db with closed doors at a 1-meter distance.
With continuous use, the carbon filter will be saturated after about one year and must be replaced. This is very easy to do yourself. On our youtube channel, you will find a demonstration film on how to do this.

G-tools air inlets
When the air extractor is running and the doors are closed, negative pressure is created and unfiltered air cannot escape from the cabinet. Due to the negative pressure, fresh, CO2-rich air is continuously drawn into the cabinet via 4 G tools air inlets. These inlets are installed at the bottom of the back wall of the cabinet and function as a labyrinth that lets air in but no light out. The filter, the point where the air is drawn in, is located at the front of the ceiling. The air is thus drawn through the box diagonally, past the plants, before it is filtered and blown out smell-free. The cabinet can blow out directly in the room where it is placed. The Nursey grow box does not need to be connected to any duct that has to be led outside.

Wi-Fi Smart Box
A Wifi Smartbox is mounted on the ceiling of the cabinet. This distribution box has four sockets for the electrical equipment in the grow box. Two of these contacts have continuous voltage, one of which is used for the air extractor.
The other two contacts can be programmed via a free downloadable app and can be used to control the lighting and an irrigation system. When the app is installed on your smartphone, you can set the times at which the lamp and pump switch on and off from anywhere in the world
If there’s no WiFi signal where the cabinet will be placed, you can manually switch on these two contacts permanently and use an analog time clock.

The Nursery cabinets shall be available in two version
