For as long as most of us can remember, Disney ruled the roost when it came to theme parks. It was previously UNTHINKABLE that would ever be challenged.

Yet, with the opening of Epic Universe, here we are.

How on Earth did Disney fall so far back to make this a real race? It's a series of bad circumstances and worse decisions that treated the parks (and their most loyal guests) as a reliable commodity with little regard for the future of the art form.

I used to think no company hated its fans more than WWE. Buckle up, buttercups. I've got a grievance to air.
