The Offa's Dyke Path is a National Trail of 177 miles. This video covers my journey on days six, seven and eight.

We leave the town of Knighton and head into the Shropshire Hills. From here we wander through the Severn Valley and use the path alongside the old Montgomery Canal. The next part of the journey takes us through the flat lands of the Vale Montgomery. Eventually we join up with the Llangollen Canal to take the high path that is Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. We finish here, knowing we have two more days to complete the journey.
