Join us for the first of our outdoor workshops celebrating and exploring the “Gifts” of the Season as defined by ancient healing traditions. This summer solstice, experience the power of pause in the park under the canopy of the beautiful Sycamore Tree & Fire Ring at the Locust Grove Nature Center. This outdoor workshop will include mindful movement, guided and silent meditation, journaling, discussion, and sharing… and maybe s’mores! Bring a yoga mat and walking shoes. 😊

About the Sycamore Fire Ring at Locust Grove Nature Center:
The Sycamore Fire Ring is our largest and most distinctive. It is situated under the beautiful arching branches of our 200 year old sycamore tree. The murmuring sounds of adjacent Cabin John Creek can be heard. Ideal for ceremonies of any kind. The Sycamore is about a 4 minute walk from the parking lot. Meet us at the bridge and we'll walk down together.
