In this video I shared a Diet Chart of 3 year old child made by a mother. The child had Severe Constipation so I advised the mother to increase Fibers in the diet of the Baby. Fibre rich diet is helpful in Managing Constipation. Parents must know the importance of Fibers in Diet.
