豆沙馅:
(可做12个豆沙馅,每个20g)
红豆 100g (½ 杯)
水 220g (1 杯) (煮豆用)
油 50g (3 汤匙)
白糖 110g (½ 杯)
盐 0.5g (⅛ 茶匙)

咸蛋黄肉松馅:
(可做6个豆沙馅,每个20g)
熟咸蛋黄 70g (3个)
肉松 40g (½ 杯)
香甜味沙拉酱 40g (2 汤匙)
熟白芝麻 10g (1 汤匙)
白糖 15g (1 汤匙)

烫面法青团皮:
(可做6个青团皮,每个35g)
糯米粉 110g (1 杯)
澄粉 20g (2 汤匙)
麦青粉 8g (½ 汤匙)
水 100g (½ 杯) (融化麦青粉85℃)

煮芡法青团皮:
(可做6个青团皮,每个35g)
糯米粉 110g (1 杯)
澄粉 20g (2 汤匙)
麦青汁 200g (1 杯)

[Ingredients]
Red Bean Paste:

Red Beans 100g (½ Cup)
Water 220g (1 Cup) (Cook the beans)
Oil 50g (3 Tbsp)
Sugar 110g (½ Cup)

Cooked Salted Duck Yolks 70g (3)
Pork Floss 40g (½ Cup)
Sweet Mayo 40g (2 Tbsp)
Roasted White Sesame 10g (1 Tbsp)
Sugar 15g (1 Tbsp)

Qingtuan Wrappers Method 1:
(This recipe makes 6 wrappers, each being 35g)
Glutinous Rice Flour 110g (1 Cup)
Wheat Starch 20g (2 Tbsp)
Wheat Grass Powder 8g (½ Tbsp)
Water 100g (½ Cup) (To melt the powder, 85℃)

Qingtuan Wrappers Method 2:
(This recipe makes 6 wrappers, each being 35g)
Glutinous Rice Flour 110g (1 Cup)
Wheat Starch 20g (2 Tbsp)
Wheat Grass Juice 200g (1 Cup)
