Therese Lacson is a television features editor who has been with Collider since 2021. She got started in this business over ten years ago working primarily as an interviewer and critic for The Beat and Nerdophiles. At Collider, she works closely with the features team to support the writers and also ideates and develops content daily. She has covered major industry events including Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and San Diego Comic-Con.
Siddhant Adlakha is a film critic for various outlets including The New York Times, The Guardian, Time Magazine, Variety and New York Magazine. He won the award Best Film Critic at the 16th National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Awards, and has been awarded both Best Film Criticism and Best TV Criticism at the Southern California Journalism Awards. His video work was voted among the best video essays of 2022 by Sight and Sound Magazine. He is currently a member of the New York Film Critics Circle. Siddhant grew up in Mumbai, where he developed a passion for film and theatre, before attending Pace University in New York for his BA in Film & Screen Studies, followed by an MFA in Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy in LA.
Nicole Balgemino-Kim is Vice President of Communications & Events at Disney Entertainment Television (DET), where she leads the strategy and execution of high-profile events and special projects. In addition, she oversees external communications for DET’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Initiatives. Previously, Nicole spearheaded publicity campaigns for critically acclaimed and award-winning series, including the Peabody-winning remake of “The Wonder Years,” the final seasons of “black-ish,” and its spin-offs “grown-ish” and “mixed-ish,” and “The Bachelor” franchise. Her Disney journey began with children’s and young adult programming, where she played a key role in reviving iconic series such as “DuckTales,” “Girl Meets World,” “Raven’s Home,” and “Party of Five.” Prior to her role in television, Nicole also led publicity for Radio Disney. Born in Manila, Nicole spent her formative years between Los Angeles and the Philippines.
Rishi Rajani is the CEO of Lena Waithe's media company Hillman Grad. He produced the Sundance award-winning films: The 40-Year Old Version, A Thousand and One, and Kokomo City and executive produced the series The Chi, Twenties, and Boomerang. His latest projects include Disney+'s Chang Can Dunk and Being Mary Tyler Moore for HBO which were both Emmy nominated. Rajani has been instrumental in securing partnership deals for Hillman Grad with companies such as Warner Bros. Television group for an exclusive overall deal and Zando to create Hillman Grad Books. Rajani also originated the company's Rising Voices director fellowship with Indeed.
