Can I Hike over 20 Miles in a Day?

I tried hiking the Edale Skyline, a 20+ mile route in the Peak District. I’m old, unfit, and fat, but can I make it all the way around the route?

This is my first test of my new Altra Lone Peak 6 trail running shoes too 😬

There's lots of wind noise. Lots of moaning. And lots of stunning views.
