No need to get on the floor for a quick cardio burst with strength training. Here we will use a chair to do our burpees. Please be aware of alignment and listen to those cues for safety.

Burpees are a fast way to workout with the most bang for your buck. Maximize your time by checking out this variation that saves you from getting down and up off the floor.

In this workout, we will build endurance by doing burpees consistently for 15 minutes. Be sure to take breaks as needed but keep moving while you do.
