Final round of the CSCC Tintops series sponsored by Co-ordSport. After an eventful Birkett Relay the day before, where the car has some electrical problems, which were fixed by Ian of Clockwise Motion, the car then shredded its clutch plate later the same day while lying 10th overall. A quick trip back to Nottingham saw the clutch changed that night (midnight finish) and back to Silverstone for 8:15 the next morning and the Tintops finale. I had a 60 second penalty for 2 previous wins this season but still thought it might just be possible to get close to the front by the end. Managed to qualify on pole against 60 other cars including some Turbo TinTops. This is what happened.........
