Campaign Level 15: Twisted Halls
Skull Upgrades: Stone Staff (Extra Damage), Lightning Ring (Slow), Barricades (Self Heal), Decoy (Freeze), Dwarfs (Knockback), Archers (Fire), Scorchers (Larger Arc), Grinder (Quicker Unjam), Shock Zapper (Stun), Haymaker (Stun).

Note: I highly recommend saving the 2 Rolling Logs for wave 12 to take out the Cyclops and other heavies. In my video I do not use the logs simply to show how the wave can still be handled (I often shoot the log early by accident).

Flyer Defence: 6 Archers, 2 Decoys and 6 Haymakers, note that placing all Archers and Decoys beside one rift makes Gnoll defence easier. Begin with 2 Archers at the start (see time 0:34), at the end of wave 2 add 2 Decoys and 2 Archers (see time 2:05), at the end of wave 7 add 6 Haymakers (see time 7:45), at the end of wave 9 add 2 more Archers (see time 10:25).
Gnoll Defence: 2 Shock Zappers at the end of wave 5 (see time 5:35) Notes: The Gnolls also have to run through the killbox so the Scorchers and Haymakers will throw them into the lava. The Gnolls tend target the Archers and Decoys by the rift so keeping these Archers and Decoys beside one rift means we only need Gnoll defences on one side.
Cyclops Mage: Nothing special here, just spam Decoys to keep Guardians alive. I suggest using the Stone Staff because stoned enemies break apart and cannot be resurrected by Shaman.
