He is #09 in the classified line of figures.
This figure is simply amazing.
Hasbro put so much detail in this figure, and with the attention to the colors they used. The entire figure draws you in.
This figure is one of my favorites and has a place in my top 10 figures for the classified line.
If you don't have this figure in your collection, I highly recommend picking one up.
