IDF Commando Dead, Another Critical As Lebanon Building Hit By Israeli Airstrikes Collapses

An IDF commando died and another was critically injured when a damaged building collapsed in a village in southern Lebanon. The IDF said that the building was earlier hit by an Israeli air strike and ruled out the the soldier was killed in Hezbollah fire or that the building was booby trapped. Slain IDF soldier Sgt. First Class Eitan Ben Ami was with the Maglan commando unit. The IDF claimed that the commandos were walking through a village in southern Lebanon when the incident occurred.
