Описание к видео Napatree Point, Watch Hill, Westerly, Rhode Island, Seashells

Napatree Point Conservation Area is one of my favorite beaches to explore and enjoy the wildlife. Here we found Surf clams, Quahogs, False Quahogs, Northern Moon Snails, Lobed Moon Snails (Shark's Eye), Slipper Shells, Flat Slipper Shells, Blue Mussels, Gould Pandoras, Greedy Dove Shells, Oyster Drills, New England Whelks, Dog Whelks, Periwinkles, Jingle Shells, Soft Shell clams, Ribbed Mussels and Swans, (on the little inlet in the hook), Brant Geese, Seagulls, Sanderlings, and many Channeled Whelk egg casings! I only found a piece of a Channeled Whelk shell and a small piece of sand dollar shell. For more information and photos check out my blog: http://jroachevans.com/blog.html I'll post more info about this video as soon as I can. NOTE: the egg casings on closer inspection appear to be Channeled Whelk Egg casings.
