21st Neisse-Nysa-Nisa Film Festival 2024 - Trailer

From May 14 to 19, 2024 the Neisse Film Festival will again be presenting films from Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and other eastern European countries for the 21th time. The program of feature films, documentaries and short films, which crosses borders in more ways than one, is accompanied by a reading, concerts, an exhibition and more.

This year's festival trailer was created by Matej Mihályi and Mai Tranová, who took part in the festival's short film competition in 2023. Matej and Mai were both originally graphic designers who met at Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (UMPRUM) in Studio of Animation and Film while developing TV show Wunderbaum for online platform iVysílání of Czech Television. Ever since then they worked on a couple of projects together, eventually starting a studio with two other friends - Jáchym and Patrik from the Animation studio. They are now creating various audiovisual works under the name Panika.
