HDOS - Arceuus & Kourend Remastered

Arceuus one of the five cities in the Kingdom of Great Kourend and Kourend central has been remastered.

This version marks our tenth HD PACK. HD Packs aim to upgrade a group of OS models with custom assets, so they align with the HD art style.

This milestone is celebrated with a larger amount of changes, and targets the Zeah: Arceuus, Kourend, Catacombs of Kourend, and Wintertodt areas.

The following changes are introduced:
Added immersive atmospheres to all areas
An effect has also been added by the dark altar in the Arceuus and Catacombs areas, that cause crystal light effects to pulsate outwards
Remastered numerous objects and NPCs
Created new assets of the Kourend castle to fix issues regarding the shadows on the higher floors
Fires in Wintertodt and Kourend have been upgraded
Added several new chat-heads
Terrain has been remastered
Fixed oldschool's ground heights in Arceuus that would cause several buildings to sink
Snow now looks more realistic
Added more detailed terrain to the Blood altar, Arceuus mine and Soul altar areas
Added more detail to the Catacombs and Skotizo areas
Brushed (jagged) ground heights in several places
Several new particle effects have been added
Tome of Fire's embers and smoke
Bruma torch's flame
Wintertodt boss (active and inactive)
Wintertodt's snowstorm (damage mechanic)
Choke devil's smoke
Green, blue, purple and white Phoenix pet flames
Shadow veil
Resurrect crops' water
It now snows in the snowy areas of (Wintertodt)
Added shorelines to the northern shores of Wintertodt
Remastered all 88 Arceuus spellbook sprites
Enlarged icons for both the Arceuus and Lunar spellbooks is on the to-do list!
Remastered the Kourend favour house icons
Improved item alignment on Kharedst's memoirs
Restored the Darklight and Silverlight
Restored Death spawns (Nechryael minion)
Improved rigging and alignment issues with the pyromancer outfit** for females
Restored a variety of monsters in the Catacombs that weren't already
Also upgraded brutal dragons globally
