Vang Pao has been a hero, icon, and leader to the Hmong in America since 1975. This is his message for the youth and his hope for Laos. Laos is the country the general is accused of ploting to overthrow. He has also been charged with the illegal purchase of 9.8 million in arms, not the least of which was allegedly C-4 explosives.
