Travelling in Taiwan | Sightseeing in Taroko Gorge 太魯閣 - half-day itinerary via private hired driver

Happy sunday and happy 2024! heh part 3 of my Taiwan travels - exploring Taroko Gorge! Most of the places we visited were recommended by our hired driver and we loved it!

00:11 - 01:18: Taroko Tunnel of Nine Turns Jiuqudong Trail 太魯閣九曲洞步道
01:24 - 04:38: Our accoms for the night - Lakeshore Hotel 烟波大饭店 + exploring the beach nearby
05:19 - 05:41: 长春祠Eternal Spring Shrine - landmark and a memorial shrine complex [quick stopover]
05:49 - 07:42: Shakadang Trail - we didn't walk the whole trail though due to time constraints):
07:43 - 09:32: Buluowan Suspension Bridge - 196 meters long and 153 meters above the Liwu Valley
09:45 - 10:16: Swallow's Grotto Trail 燕子口步道 - walls on each side of the river contain caves which form natural nesting places for spring swallow birds. The trail is longer than in the video, didn't manage to film the end bit of the trail oops

I strongly recommend doing more research beforehand to know what are the places you want to visit and more time can definitely be allocated to explore Taroko! :) Enjoy the video! :)
