Poha / /Flattened Rice – 01 bowl
Water– 01 bowl
Vegetables :
Meshed Boiled Potato - 03 pcs
Onion – 01 pcs
Tomato - 01 pcs
Carrot / Gajar – ½ pcs
Green Coriander
Green Chilli
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी) – ¼ tsp
Aamchoor powder – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds / Fennel seeds / Jeera – ¼ tsp
Curry leaves / Kari Patta
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
Cooking Oil – 01 tbsp
Corn Flour – 01 tsp
Refind Wheat Flour – 01 tsp
