Alone in a new land, Paul shares the gospel to the people of Athens. These people had no cultural context of Judaism or understanding of Torah. But Paul finds the common ground and starts there. Paul preaches a sermon that is looked at today as one of the best, well structured sermons contained in the scriptures. Not everyone who heard it came to Jesus. Revival didn't break out in Athens that day. But there is a human need and a human right to know God. And Paul Made Him known to the Men of Athens on Mars Hill.
