Today marks the start of #ChildrensHospiceWeek 2024 and we’d like to join Together for Short Lives and children’s hospices around the UK in celebrating the incredible impact we make.

We’re so proud of how far our Children and Young Adults Services has developed over the last 21 years, from extending our care up to the age of 25, and launching our new Outreach Service.

At St Oswald’s Hospice, we’re focused on making special memories for those we care for and their family and carers too.

We love making a splash, like here on one of our Wet Wheels trips!

These accessible boats are sometimes the first time the children and young adults we care for have been able to travel on the high seas.

We want to celebrate special moments this week as we speed into Children’s Hospice Week 2024!
