Los Angeles Fire Department companies were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 6400 block of Crenshaw Blvd.

Units assigned: Battalion 13, Battalion 18, Task Force 94, Truck 66, Engine 66, Squad 21, Rescue 66, Rescue 266, Rescue 866, & Safety Officer 1, LA County Battalion 20 & Engine 172.

Truck 66 and Engine 66 were first on scene of a vacant 1 story single family dwelling with fire showing from the C-side with attic involvement.

Engine 66 was primary fire attack with back up from Engine 57, Truck 66 went to the roof for vertical ventilation with Light Force 94 as roof division, Engine 94 was assigned inside truck work, Rescue 866 was assigned outside truck work/forcible entry, Rescue 66 was assigned medical, Rescue 266 was assigned to exposures, Battalion 13 was Crenshaw IC. Squad 21 and LA County resources were released in staging.

Knockdown was called in 17 mins., no injuries, unknown cause.
