DxO PhotoLab 8 Is Superb - But Is It A Hit or Miss?

It's DxO's 20th Anniversary, and they've done a great job with PhotoLab 8.
I was sent an early copy of PL8 to test drive, but this is my own (currently limited, more testing to come) opinion.
I love using DxO PhotoLab, but it's not for everyone.
Should you upgrade from PL7? Probably not... (Earlier version? Upgrade!)
If you don't have a copy of PL, get it, it's the best it's ever been and you won't regret it.
