Formerly a member of both the Los Angeles Angels and Chicago White Sox, Yency Almonte has found a home in the Colorado Rockies' system, becoming one of the team's best and hardest-throwing prospects as he enters the 2018 season with a real shot to break through into the big leagues and find himself on a 25-man roster at some point during the year.
