Kentucky went on to win their 5th national championship in 1978, and this is the game that introduced a freshman named Earvin "Magic" Johnson to the nation. Notice that the announcers sometimes refer to him as "Mr. Magic".

There are a few times the video feed cuts out for a second, and Bryant Gumbel states that they are having some problems with the transmission over the phone lines. Some things don't change...haha.
