The number of transactions increased over 50% more than Feb 2020, and the market price is 15% higher than that time as well. The average sold price for GTA is over 1M!

The downtown condo market had remained inactive for the past couple of months. However, the situation has turned around. It increased by 8% from last month. My prediction is that when the pandemic comes to the end, the border reopens, and the international students come back, the condo’s sold price will recover.

So if you have any recent purchase plan, I recommend you not to wait any longer, because the market price will not decrease again, it will recover quickly very soon.
