Here is the recipe for Makhandi halwa.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:
Semolina : 1 cup
Milk : 2 cup
Mix well
Cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hour

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝘂𝘁'𝘀:
Overall Oil used : 3/4 cup
Here add Oil : 1 tbsp
Almond,Cashew.Raisins,Pistachios
Fry it on medium flame for 1 and half minute

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Pour remaining oil
Sugar : 1 cup
Melt it on low medium flame
Now turn off the or just lower the flame
Now add Milk and semolina mixture
Turn flame to low medium
Now fry it on low medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes
Add roasted nuts
