GIBL Leadership Summit 2025: ‘Vision 2030’—Roadmap to create 1 lakh insupreneurs announced
Kolkata/Mandarmani, December 6, 2025: Greenlife Insurance Broking Private Limited (GIBL) recently successfully organized its prestigious GIBL Leadership Summit 2025 at C-Star Resort, Mandarmani. The summit witnessed a huge gathering of senior executives from leading insurance companies like National Insurance, Generali Central and Tata AIG, as well as emerging consultants and industry professionals.
The highlight of the summit was the unveiling of the company’s ambitious Vision 2030 by Shri Subir Mukherjee, Founder and Director, GIBL. As per this target, GIBL is committed to developing 1,00,000 (one lakh) skilled 'InsuPreneurs' across 19,522 pincodes of India. The main objective of this initiative is to provide stable income opportunities to the youth of the country and strengthen financial inclusion by ensuring insurance coverage across the country.
Shri Mukherjee said in his speech, "India is currently entering a golden age of the insurance industry. Our goal is to develop one lakh youth as independent InsuPreneurs. Individuals who will financially uplift their families, protect the society and strengthen the financial security framework of India."
Executives of leading insurance companies shared valuable insights on the growing demand for life, health, motor and SME insurance in India. They highlighted how rapid digital adoption, increasing awareness and expansion of distribution channels are creating unprecedented career opportunities for the youth.

Cultural and Special Sessions: Importance of Life and Health Insurance, Special CSR Activities and Awards Ceremony to felicitate high performing advisors.
The event was hosted by popular actress Parijat Chakraborty who enlivened the entire atmosphere. Through Vision 2030, GIBL aims to build India’s strongest advisor ecosystem by strengthening financial inclusion in Tier 2, Tier 3 and rural areas through technology, nationwide training and partnerships with leading insurance companies.
