120g - cold unsalted butter
1 tablespoon - white granulated sugar
260g - white all purpose flour
1 teaspoon - baking powder
a pinch of salt
80 -100g dried fruit of your choice
a pinch of vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

For brushing:
1 tablespoon of heavy cream

For layering and decoration:
~4 tablespoon of white granulated sugar

Bake in preheated oven 360F (~180C) 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown
