Request 36 in Pokemon Legends Arceus is located in Jubilife Village on Professor Laventon's blackboard.

I saw a lot of mixed and incorrect information about how to unlock this request. One site said you have to unlock the rideable Basculegion mount which is what I said in the video. I believe it's actually the rideable Ursaluna mount which is what you unlock in the Crimson Mirelands and makes more sense. Upon further investigation I also found another site that said you have to complete the request "Setting Up The Bogbound Camp" so I would try that as well if you can't unlock it. I know for sure you also have to get Sudowoodo in your Pokedex. Hopefully if you're trying to unlock this request reading this should make it more clear because what is available online is all over the place.

Once you get the request off the blackboard then go talk to Odo in the Crimson Mirelands main campsite. He will ask you to show him a Pokemon with Water Pulse. You can go pick up a Goomy nearby which I show in the video. It will have water pulse and be strong enough to defeat Sudowoodo.

Once you show Odo the Pokemon with Water Pulse then you will battle Sudowoodo and complete the request. Your reward for this request is 15 Heavy Balls and 3 Small XP Candies. Pretty decent reward for a very easy request!
