This is a Las Trancas geode and this particular one is highly florescent under both 365nm longwave UV light and shortwave! The sparkly drusy quartz, blue-grey chalcedony, and clear calcite is so striking! And the calcite fluorescing orange atop the "toxic green" is so pleasing!

Las Trancas geodes are a coconut geode variety from the Chihuahua State of Mexico. They were once vesicles in an ancient lava flow (bubbles that formed in the lava) and this left the perfect cavity of crystals to line over time as water passed through the cavities! How cool!
