Описание к видео Japan’s oldest Doctor: Hair Loss After 60? Use This For Extreme Hair Growth in 4 weeks

Age-related hair loss after 60, thinning hair in seniors, reduced scalp circulation, and weakened hair follicles are often misunderstood as unavoidable signs of aging. Medical research shows that declining blood flow, increased scalp inflammation, and prolonged follicle resting phases play a major role in senior hair thinning. Supporting the scalp gently can help reduce shedding and improve hair strength over time. This episode focuses on safe, realistic, senior-friendly approaches to scalp and hair health.

JAPANESE HAIR OIL RECIPE (ONION + GARLIC + OLIVE OIL)
INGREDIENTS
1) 1 onion (keep skin on)
2) 9 garlic cloves
3) 250 ml olive oil (fresh, not rancid)
Tools: clean glass jar (500 ml), pot for water bath, strainer/cloth or fine sieve

STEP BY STEP (MAKE IT)
1) Wash the onion well.
2) Cut the onion with the skin on. Put it into a clean 500 ml glass jar.
3) Chop 9 garlic cloves into small pieces. Add to the jar.
4) Pour in about 250 ml olive oil until everything is fully covered.
5) Water bath: place the jar in a pot of water. Warm on LOW heat for 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Do not let it boil.
6) Remove jar and let it cool completely.
7) Put the jar in a dark, cool place for 7 days to infuse.
8) After 7 days, strain through a cloth or fine sieve into a clean container.

HOW TO APPLY (USE IT)
1) Patch test first: put a little on your hand. Wait 30 minutes.
2) Warm a small amount between your palms.
3) Apply to the SCALP (not the hair).
4) Massage gently with fingertips in small circles. No scratching, no hard pressure.
5) Wrap head loosely with a towel or soft cloth.
6) Leave on for several hours.
7) Wash hair normally.

OPTIONAL QUICK RINSE (FOR SMELL)
1) Mix juice of 1/2 lemon into 1 liter of clean water.
2) After washing, slowly pour over scalp and hair.
3) Rinse again with plain water.
Optional: add 1 vitamin E capsule + 1 vitamin A capsule to the lemon water if scalp feels very dry.

NOTES
If the oil darkens slightly, that is normal.
If it smells burnt or rancid, do not use it.
Keep everything gentle. Low heat and patience are the whole point.
